# Habilitar o App

**Pré-requisitos:**

* Permissão de **Administrador** para gerenciar a habilitação dessa funcionalidade.
* Ter pelo menos uma equipe cadastrada na plataforma, com usuários inseridos.

## Como habilitar o app e selecionar as equipes

1. Na tela inicial da plataforma, clique no menu **Apps**.
2. Selecione a opção **Mais apps**.

3. Localize o aplicativo **Distribuição de atendimentos**.
4. Clique no botão **Habilitar**.

5. Será aberta a tela de configuração do aplicativo. Ative a chave **Aplicativo habilitado** e, no campo **Equipes**, selecione uma ou mais equipes que terão a distribuição de atendimentos disponível.\
   Clique em **Salvar** para concluir.

A partir desse momento, a distribuição já fica ativa automaticamente para as equipes selecionadas. Essa chave é a mesma em ambos os lugares: habilitar no app ou na tela de Equipes tem o mesmo efeito, os dois ficam sempre sincronizados.

**Os atendimentos já em andamento não são afetados.** Eles seguem com quem já os estava atendendo. A distribuição passa a valer apenas para os atendimentos que chegarem a partir de agora, então dá para habilitar com a operação rodando.
