# Habilitar o App

**Pré-requisitos:**

* Permissão de **Administrador** para gerenciar a habilitação dessa funcionalidade.
* O aplicativo **Pesquisa CSAT** precisa estar incluído no plano vinculado à sua conta.

## Como habilitar o App

1. Na tela inicial da plataforma, clique no menu **Apps**.
2. Selecione a opção **Mais apps**.

1. Localize o aplicativo **Pesquisa CSAT.**
2. Clique no botão **Habilitar.**

5. Será aberta a tela de configuração do aplicativo. Ative a chave **Aplicativo habilitado**.\
   O campo **Canais de atendimento** será exibido, com a lista de todos os canais de atendimento cadastrados na conta.\
   Clique em **Salvar** para concluir.

A partir desse momento, o aplicativo Pesquisa CSAT fica habilitado na conta e os canais de atendimento ficam disponíveis para configuração da pesquisa.
